My research seeks to define the genetic determinants of tumor cell response to radiation plus Chk1 inhibition. I am screening large panels of  genotypically annotated cancer cell lines for their ability to activate caspase-2 after treatment. Candidate predictive genotypes are then validated in zebrafish, ex vivo patient cultures,  xenograft models.
